Grading FAQ
What if the device arrives in worse condition than its grade?
Contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right — exchange, re-grade, or full refund. Every listing includes photos of actual cosmetic wear so you know exactly what you're getting.
Do you do any cosmetic refurbishment?
We clean and test every device thoroughly. We don't polish out scratches or use fillers — what you see in the photos is what arrives. Honest grading is the whole point.
Is the battery grade independent of overall grade?
Yes. Battery health is tested separately during our 50-point inspection. If a battery falls below our minimum threshold, it's replaced and noted on the product page before listing.
Who reviews the grades?
Every device is graded by a certified technician and reviewed by a second engineer before it goes live. Grades are locked at listing — they don't change after publication.
