Phonebay ensures secure and reliable delivery of all devices across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and GCC countries. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched through trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain)
Orders outside these regions may not be accepted.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive shipping confirmation once the order is dispatched.

3. UAE Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 24–48 hours

Express shipping is available for urgent orders at an additional fee of AED 99.

The express shipping fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. GCC Delivery Time

  • Delivery timeline: 7 business days
  • Shipping fee: AED 99

Shipping fees for GCC orders are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to customs clearance procedures or courier delays.

5. Shipping Charges

  • UAE Standard Shipping: Free
  • UAE Express Shipping: AED 99 (non-refundable)
  • GCC Shipping: AED 99 (non-refundable)

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Phonebay will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact details.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners may attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our facility.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.

8. Shipping Delays

Phonebay is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational delays
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by customer

9. Damaged Shipment

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, customers should inform the courier immediately and contact Phonebay within 24 hours of delivery.

Photo or video evidence may be required to process shipping damage claims.
