• ✔ Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
• ✔ We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
• ✔ Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
• ✔ Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://phonebay.ae/ policies and rules
• ✔ User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

• Pricing & Currency: The displayed price and currency at checkout will exactly match the price and currency on your Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to your card will be shown in your card’s currency.

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason.

• Payment Terms: Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. We do not store credit-card details.

• Shipping & Delivery: We deliver across the UAE. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

• Returns & Cancellations: You may cancel or return products within 5 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective.

• Privacy & Data Protection: Your personal information will be processed in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order or by law.

• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
